I purchased a 2020 GMC terrain. I returned two days two days later to have a minor issue looked at. My appt was at 10AM, they took my car right in and directed me to the waiting area. I really cant say enough honestly. I have been doing business with Berlin City for a few years now and had done business with them in the past. I think they have consistently improved, I'm in Real Estate sales of luxury homes and how you treat people is paramount. From service to sales they are very diligent! It was the easiest process I have ever experienced. Adam and Joe were exceptional to work with and to deliver my new truck to my door was great.
I booked a scheduled maintenance via the GMC website to both purchase and install a set of tires. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told that the tires were not in stock and would need to be ordered and upon arrival, schedule another appointment. I was disappointed that the website would book an appointment without checking for product availability and I was disappointed that I was not contacted by the service department prior to my arrival that the tires were not available. Besides this issue, the service met my expectations.

The Trailblazer I had initially inquired about with Berlin City had already been sold, however there was another one on the lot and I was connected with Dave in sales. Jake Drouin was my contact person at Berlin City and we were able to complete the entire transaction for my lease through email and texts. He was always prompt when responding to my many questions and he was thorough in all of his communication. The GMC Terrain was delivered at the exact date and time promised. The delivery driver was personable and organized. The delivery option is one I greatly appreciate!
