A devoted family man, Chad utilizes a portion of his free time to coach youth baseball. Possessing a real sense of adventure, Chad traveled to Europe on three separate occasions during his tenure in the Navy. For his next big trip, Chad plans to hit the highway with his family, visiting as many Major League Baseball stadiums as possible before returning to New England.

Born and raised in Berlin, New Hampshire, Gary holds a deep appreciation for the natural beauty that abounds in New England. Always looking forward to spending time outdoors regardless of the season, Gary spends his leisure time riding his bicycle or motorcycle in the warmer months. When the weather cools down, Gary takes advantage of the snowfall to the fullest capacity, snow mobiling in New Hampshire's pristine forests and racing his all-terrain vehicle across frozen lakes.
Holding a deep appreciation for classic American cars, Gary owns a 1971 Chevy Camaro. In the future, Gary hopes to purchase yet another Camaro, ideally a 1969 Yenko. One of the greatest muscle cars ever built, the 1969 Yenko Camaro is well known for its heavy-duty suspension and its unique 427 cubic inch V8 engine.
A native of Colebrook, New Hampshire, Caroline Poulin became a part of Berlin City Auto Group's team in 2000. Presently serving as a Finance Director at the dealership, Caroline garners a great deal of satisfaction from her career in the automotive industry, pleased to be a part of a company with a solid reputation for excellence in all areas of service.
