    Accepting a position at Berlin City Auto Group four years ago, Chad maintains a genuine passion for providing excellent service at all times, always happy to undertake extra work to ensure that every customer's needs are met.

    Proud to be a member of Berlin City's dedicated team, Chad truly enjoys the social aspects of his job that allow him to form meaningful, lasting relationships with both his co-workers and customers. Getting to know each client on a personal level, Chad is just as quick to take advice from a client as he is to offer it.

    Hailing from Lancaster, New Hampshire, Chad spent three years serving his country in the United States Navy prior to transitioning into a career in vehicle sales. Committed to excellence in all of his professional endeavors, Chad undertook extensive managerial training with GMC, Chevrolet, and Buick, earning special certification in conjunction with top honors for his performance. Presently driving a rugged 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe, Chad singles out Chevy's 1957 Bel Air as a dream car he would love to own at some point in the future.

    A devoted family man, Chad utilizes a portion of his free time to coach youth baseball. Possessing a real sense of adventure, Chad traveled to Europe on three separate occasions during his tenure in the Navy. For his next big trip, Chad plans to hit the highway with his family, visiting as many Major League Baseball stadiums as possible before returning to New England.

A staff member at Berlin City for one year and counting, Brian maintains a firm belief in the importance of straightforward communication. Known for its "over the top" approach to customer service, Berlin City Auto Group depends on people like Brian to represent its core values, an expectation he meets and exceeds on a daily basis. In his own words, Brian explains that his goal is to treat every customer with honesty, dignity, and respect, a sentiment he shares with the rest of his colleagues at the dealership.

    At present, Brian drives a Chevrolet 1500 Crew Cab 4x4, one of the sturdiest full-size pickup trucks on the market today. Outside of his role at Berlin City Auto Group, Brian enjoys playing baseball and hitting the links, garnering distinction as a golf pro based on his impressive skill. Also an ardent hockey fan, Brian serves as an ECAC official in his spare time. A devoted family man, Brian looks forward to taking a summertime road trip across the United States, stopping at every Major League baseball park along the way.

    Currently serving as a Service Manager at Berlin City Auto Group, Allen "Big Al" Demers brings an impressive amount of professional experience to his role, having worked in the automotive industry for the entirety of his career. Joining the staff at Berlin City Auto Group 26 years ago, Allen has distinguished himself as one of the dealership's most committed employees.

    Displaying a real passion for all things automotive-related, Allen derives a great deal of satisfaction from his everyday interactions with customers . Like the rest of Berlin City's service team, Allen aims to meet the needs of every client he works with, additionally striving to exceed their expectations for service by providing "over the top" care 100% of the time.

    A big fan of American-made cars, Allen presently drives a Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, a full-size pickup truck offering a notably smooth ride in conjunction with an impressively powerful engine. A proud East Coast resident since birth, Allen was raised in beautiful Berlin, New Hampshire. Like so many other New Englanders, he loves the region's seasonal changes and vast expanses of nature. When he isn't engrossed in his work at Berlin City Auto Group, Allen unwinds by spending quality time with his family, preferably outdoors. Fishing, hunting, hiking, and snowshoeing are just a few of Allen's favorite recreational activities.

    A valued employee at Berlin City Auto Group for the past 12 years, Gary Poirier currently serves as a Parts Manager at the company's Chevrolet dealership. Possessing impressive knowledge of his chosen profession, Gary entered into the automotive industry more than two decades ago, working primarily with Nissans, Subarus, Chryslers, and GMs over the course of his career.

    In addition to the extensive experience he has amassed working with cars and trucks, Gary boasts distinction as a skilled RV, motorcycle, and snow mobile mechanic. Bringing a friendly, down-to-earth attitude to his role as a Parts Manager, Gary is always willing to go out of his way to not only meet, but also to exceed a customer?s expectations.

    Born and raised in Berlin, New Hampshire, Gary holds a deep appreciation for the natural beauty that abounds in New England. Always looking forward to spending time outdoors regardless of the season, Gary spends his leisure time riding his bicycle or motorcycle in the warmer months. When the weather cools down, Gary takes advantage of the snowfall to the fullest capacity, snow mobiling in New Hampshire's pristine forests and racing his all-terrain vehicle across frozen lakes.

    Holding a deep appreciation for classic American cars, Gary owns a 1971 Chevy Camaro. In the future, Gary hopes to purchase yet another Camaro, ideally a 1969 Yenko. One of the greatest muscle cars ever built, the 1969 Yenko Camaro is well known for its heavy-duty suspension and its unique 427 cubic inch V8 engine.

Presently serving as a Finance Director at the dealership, Caroline garners a great deal of satisfaction from her career in the automotive industry, pleased to be a part of a company with a solid reputation for excellence in all areas of service.

    When it comes to her work as a leader of Berlin City Auto Group's Finance Department, Caroline aims to meet and exceed customer expectations at all times. Always willing to devote extra time and energy to a client, Caroline genuinely enjoys watching happy customers drive off Berlin City's lot in a new car or truck.

    Caroline's present mode of personal transportation is a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, the perfect 4x4 sport utility vehicle for navigating New England's city and country roads come rain, sleet, or shine. Quick to point out the numerous benefits of living in New Hampshire, Caroline loves the region's seasonal transitions and friendly population. Like so many of her colleagues, friends, and neighbors, Caroline holds a special affinity for the Boston Red Sox, attending games whenever the opportunity presents itself. Outside of her career at Berlin City Auto Group, Caroline relaxes by spending time with her daughter Cassandra.

    Currently functioning as a Body Shop Manager, Chrissy strives to ensure that every customer she assists leaves completely satisfied with their experience, a goal she shares with all of her colleagues at Berlin City Auto Group.

    Facing the challenges of her leadership role with notable enthusiasm, Chrissy prides herself on ensuring that repair work is always completed in a timely fashion, no detail left to chance. Possessing impressive automotive knowledge, Chrissy is continually expanding her mechanical and technical understanding of foreign and domestic vehicles to better serve Berlin City Auto Group's clientele.

     Regarding her personal transportation choices, Chrissy rides a motorcycle and drives a Ford Excursion, a powerful full-size SUV built to navigate rugged terrain with ease. A lifelong New England resident, Chrissy grew up in Berlin, New Hampshire. Like so many of her co-workers, friends, and family, Chrissy relishes the variety of changing seasons in the Northeast, taking time outside of work in the winter to explore the region's backcountry on a snow mobile. When she isn't overseeing the body shop at Berlin City Auto Group's Chevrolet dealership, Chrissy can be found relaxing at home with her family.

Committed to upholding the high ethical standards that customers have come to expect when buying or leasing a vehicle from Berlin City, Scott approaches every day with a can-do attitude, eager to fulfill a client's needs to the fullest capacity. Possessing extensive knowledge of all things automotive, Scott is a GM Certified sales professional, having undertaken highly specialized training to acquire this distinction.

    Scott currently drives a Chevrolet Cobalt, a fuel-efficient car that also boasts impressive standard horsepower and markedly smooth handling capabilities. Although he is more than satisfied with his Chevy, Scott would be happy to slide into the driver's seat of a Corvette if the opportunity presented itself.

    Raised in Enfield, New Hampshire, Scott feels extremely lucky to reside in New England for a number of reasons. Especially fond of the beautiful scenery that the region is known for, Scott makes the most of the warmer months by indulging his love of sports, naming football as one of his favorite recreational activities.     Fred is a devoted husband and father who enjoys relaxing at home after a long and satisfying day providing "over the top" service to customers at Berlin City Auto Group. In addition to being a highly regarded and valued member of the sales team at Berlin City, Fred is also a man who understands the importance of giving back to his community. After successfully beating cancer, Fred became involved with Relay For Life, a charitable endeavor that supports the American Cancer Society. Initiated in 1985, Relay For Life provides communities across the globe with the opportunity to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease.

Committed to providing customers at Berlin City Auto Group with the best service they have ever received, Jeremy guarantees that he and the rest of his team will always go the extra mile for a client, leaving no detail unattended to.Although this approach can be time consuming on occasion, Jeremy strongly believes in the importance of getting a job done right the first time.

    A lifelong East Coast resident, Jeremy originally hails from Gorham, New Hampshire.     Focusing his energy on properly scheduling service appointments to fit his client's busy lifestyles, Brandon capably provides "over the top" care to every individual he assists at Berlin City Auto Group.

    Raised in Gorham, New Hampshire, Brandon loves the freedom that comes along with living in such a scenic area of the country. Deriving notable satisfaction from the time he is able to spend outdoors, Brandon can often be found riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle through New England's backcountry when he isn't engrossed in his work at Berlin City.

    In addition to the Harley, Brandon also drives a Ford F-150 pickup truck, a vehicle that was recently lauded for its sturdy design and fuel efficiency by MotorTrend magazine. An aficionado on the subject of classic American muscle cars, Brandon hopes to one day own a 1968 Shelby Mustang GT-500, a high performance variant of the Ford Mustang that still garners accolades for its sleek lines and 428 cubic-inch Cobra Jet V8 engine. For his next vacation away from Berlin City Auto Group, Brandon plans on taking a road trip across America, hopefully making it to every corner of the country before returning home.
